Pearls are the perfect gem. They are born of a living creature, and enter the world in the perfect shape. At WEND, our pearl pieces are made from:

Vintage Japanese Akoya Pearls - Akoya pearls are known for their classic beauty and high luster. They are spherical in shape, and have ideal symmetry. They are what we think of as "classic" pearls.

Tahitian Pearls - When Wendy visited French Polynesia, she hand selected the pearls we feature today. Tahitian Pearls are larger than average, due to the largess of the black-lipped oyster in which they grow. They are naturally dark, not dyed, and they have a thick nacre and high luster.

Estate Baroque Pearls - We found the most gorgeous strand of Baroque pearls, and are slowly dipping our way through them. Baroque Pearls are characterized by their irregular, asymmetrical shapes. Each is truly one-of-a-kind, showcasing nature's amazingness.
