Package! July 2024 Saturday Yoga Series with Tracy
Four Saturdays in July at 10AM in the courtyard right behind WEND. The courtyard is an open-air cement surface, newly poured, clean, and flat.
Who: All levels yoga
Price: $40
When: Saturday, July 6, 13, 20, and 27 at 10am-11am
Where: 3278 California Avenue SW - walk up the driveway and we will be in the courtyard.
Bring: Your yoga mat (or two, since this is a cement courtyard), water bottle, and layers in case it is breezy.
Come in to WEND after for refreshments!

Tracy Hodgeman has been teaching yoga since 1995. Her all-level classes are laced with humor, anatomy references, therapeutic movement, self massage, and traditional yoga poses. She emphasizes breath, stability/sustainability and down-regulating the nervous system. All of Tracy’s classes start with a call for requests, from which she creates a sequence on the spot based upon what she hears and sees in the group. Main influences/styles/traditions: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yoga Tune Up®, Viniyoga/therapeutic yoga.
