Much of my recent studio work is focused on line, form and time specifically. With Briny Margin, I use color as a means to de-emphasize the line and form. I want the color itself to be a subject of this work representing a time and place of the viewer’s interpretation. Adding the subtle line as a means to graphically re-emphasize demarcations, margins in these studio landscapes.
